We vonden Gaelle minder dan een week voor onze grote dag. We hadden hulp nodig met de decoratie voor onze bruiloft en ze heeft het fantastisch gedaan! Zo’n warm hart, makkelijk om mee te praten, geweldige smaak! We vertrouwden haar volledig en ze heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Echt een aanrader.

En aan Gaelle… ontzettend bedankt! We hadden weinig tijd, maar we zijn je eeuwig dankbaar dat je onze locatie zo magisch en prachtig hebt gemaakt 🩷 Zelfs in onze wildste dromen hadden we niet gedacht dat het er zo goed uit zou zien.

Wij hebben haar in ons hart gesloten, want zij heeft onze dag tot een van de mooiste dagen van onze leven gemaakt.

Gaelle is super aardig, professioneel, heeft een fantisch netwerk waaruit wij onze leveranciers voor de bruiloft konden kiezen. Daarnaast heeft Gaelle zich bij problemen met onze locatie fantastisch ingezet en er voor gestreden om er voor te zorgen dat onze dag perfect is verlopen.

Vanaf de start van het traject naar de bruiloft toe heeft zij ons helemaal begeleid en denkt zij aan details waar wij zelf niet over na zouden denken. En dat is echt super veel waard.

Als trouwfotograaf werk ik met veel weddingplanners samen, maar Gaelle is er eentje die meteen opvalt.

De samenwerking verliep soepel en voelde vertrouwd. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld, met oog voor detail én rust op de dag zelf. De bruiloft zou oorspronkelijk op het strand plaatsvinden, maar door het weer moest er last-minute worden geschakeld. Wat Gaelle toen deed, was oprecht indrukwekkend: de binnenlocatie werd moeiteloos omgetoverd tot een warme, stijlvolle trouwsetting waar niets meer deed denken aan plan B.

Voor mij als fotograaf is dat goud. Geen stress, geen haast, maar ruimte voor echte momenten en een dag die klopt van begin tot eind. Gaelle houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en voelt feilloos aan wat een bruidspaar nodig heeft – en wat wij als leveranciers nodig hebben om ons werk goed te doen.

Een hele fijne, professionele en creatieve weddingplanner om mee samen te werken. Ik hoop dat er nog veel bruiloften samen volgen.

Gaelle van GG Weddings heeft onze bruiloft tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Met maandelijkse check-ins, een helder overzicht van wat er geregeld moest worden en duidelijke communicatie over het budget, wist ze ons volledig te ontzorgen. Haar betrokkenheid en het meedenken waren goud waard. Alles verliep vlekkeloos en we hebben onze dag zonder stress kunnen beleven.

Gaelle beschikt bovendien over een sterk netwerk voor alles wat je nodig hebt rondom je bruiloft. Of het nu ging om styling, muziek of andere wensen — ze wist altijd iemand die perfect bij ons paste.

Gaelle organized, planned and implemented everything exactly according to our wishes. There was nothing wrong with it, we got our dream wedding and had to worry about almost nothing that day. Simply perfect and uncomplicated. Can definitely recommend GG Events.

Gaelle is een een geweldige inspiratie bron geweest bij het plannen/stylen van onze bruiloft!
Onze droom was om te trouwen aan het strand van Scheveningen.
Ons oog viel op strandtent Barbarossa. Gaelle had daar al vaker een bruiloft georganiseerd en dat was te merken…
Na het maken van een moodboard ging ze aan de slag en heeft ons voorzien van de mooiste ideeeën om van Barbarossa echt een droomlocatie te maken.
Overal werd aan gedacht van de kleur van de servetten en kaarsen tot aan het welkomstbord, corsages en trouwboeket..
Onze trouwdag op 29 juni 2024 was echt geweldig, een droom die uitkwam op de meest geweldige locatie aan het strand.
Zonder Gaelle was het een gewoon gezellige strandtent geweest maar zij heeft er echt voor gezorgd dat het tot in de puntjes afgestyled was tot een echte bruiloft locatie met prachtig gedekte tafels, mooie opstelling met bloemen voor de ceremonie etc.
Wij zouden haar aan iedereen aanbevelen.
Buiten dat ze super goed is in haar werk is het een schat van een mens.
Het contact verliep altijd prettig en laagdrempelig via de app of mail.
Onze bruiloft was, mede dankzij Gaelle, een dag die we echt nooit meer gaan vergeten.

Het organiseren en plannen van je droombruiloft hoeft niet stressvol te zijn! Tenminste, niet als Gaëlle meehelpt aan het organiseren van je bruiloft. Als ceremoniemeester is Gaëlle van onschatbare waarde. Haar werk is geperfectioneerd tot in de kleinste details en dat merk je aan alles. Enkele weken voor de bruiloft neemt Gaëlle de laatste voorbereidingen uit handen, waardoor je zonder zorgen kan aftellen naar de bruiloft. Alle voorbereidingen en leveranciers worden door Gaëlle tot op de minuut nauwkeurig samengebracht in het draaiboek en laat niks aan het toeval over. Bovendien beschikt Gaëlle over een groot netwerk, waardoor ze eventuele (onvoorziene) omstandigheden snel weet op te lossen. Op de dag zelf heeft Gaëlle de verwachtingen niet alleen waargemaakt, maar onmiskenbaar overtroffen. De coördinatie was tot in de puntjes geregeld, waardoor wij en alle gasten zorgeloos konden genieten van de bruiloft, zonder ook maar ergens over na te denken. Daarnaast is Gaëlle behulpzaam, betrokken en punctueel. Mede door Gaëlle haar onvoorwaardelijke inzet en organisatietalent was het een dag die we altijd zullen herinneren.

Gaelle has been the best wedding planner we could hope and wish for. she is very organized and efficient, but at the same time she is a fun and sweet person. Gaelle will provide great suggestions, but she will also make sure your wishes are met. she supported us in every step of the way and every choice was made a bit easier, because she was there for us. I was very self conscious about picking a wedding dress and she helped me find an amazing designer. she always understood our wishes and found a vendor/dress/band that made us happy. our wedding was an absolute dream. the venue looked stunning with all the decorations. everything went incredibly smoothly and we could just enjoy our day and have fun with our guests. Gaelle welcomed our guest and made sure that everyone was always catered to. a guest had some last minute changes of dietary requirements and she handled it extremely professionally. our guests where very impressed and many commented they had never been to a better wedding. I cannot imagine how stressful wedding planning and the wedding day would have been without Gaelle. Instead, we had a great time and loved every moment of it. I would recommend Gaelle to anyone who is planning a wedding.

Choosing Gaelle as our wedding planner was the single best decision we made in the preparation of our wedding (in addition to deciding to get married, of course…)! From the very first conversation Gaelle impressed with her energy, thoughtfulness and rich experience. She really tried to get to know us and how we wanted to shape our wedding, and then helped and coached us in all the decision making for the location, ceremony, music and all other things – small and big – that we would have never thought of ourselves but that turned out to be pretty essential. Gaelle’s support was also key in the selection of suppliers from the wedding cake, make-up artist, to the photographer. She didn’t steer us towards using her network, but in the end we were certainly happy that we could rely on those exceptional suppliers (against a competitive price)! During the wedding day Gaelle was not only there to provide invaluable support in orchestrating the whole day, but she also was in charge of the amazing styling of our wedding. As a couple we were therefore able to really focus on each other and our guests without having to worry about anything else. Many of our wedding guests afterwards approached us to tell us how impressed they were with Gaelle and her support team. GG Weddings & Events was coordinating our wedding day in collaboration with Best Day Ever Events and it was absolutely amazing!
Gaelle was taking care of every detail, including assisting me (the bride) every single minute with make up, dress and everything what I needed.

First, we are French and my English is not good but we want to tell you the satisfaction to work with Gaëlle for our wedding, Monday 15th April 2019 at Naturel StrandClub.
Before our wedding, when we met together :
We will plan a wedding as us and not so “conventional” and she heard us, take care of our wishes and give a lot of advices (precious, few things we dont plan..) so it was easy to “work” with her. She take time to explain, she is a “strength of proposal” and it was very helpful for us because because we have a lot of ideas ! And she help us to realize and make choices (good choices)

She was available and answer all our questions.

She planned with everybody and make the “time table” with everything to know for everybody.

She gone to take flowers, take cookies…nothing to think for us!

Our first wishes was to have no stress the D Day and nothing to think about…and she success in this “mission” (beyond our expectations!)
The D-Day, as we trust her, we were not afraid about the organization, welcome….
I wrote beyond our expectations because the D-Day, she were everywhere and do a lot of things but we don’t saw her ! She think about everything, put things to the right place, make everything on order everytime, put flower and gift to the hostel…
Even people who were there tell us you made a wonderfull job.
And she pay attention to the time table, ask us if there is something to change…
And she was (is) welcoming, smiling..

If we have to done again, sure we will made the same choice with her!

We are very happy about our wedding day, it was as us, as we want…maybe not as a conventional wedding but as us and it was the most important for us. Family and friends were very happy and never seen a weeding like this! It was our perfect day due to Gaëlle too.

This is Maggie & Jimmy. We married on 10th August at Barbarossa Beach in The Hague.

Our wedding was one of our best days in our life, and Gaelle truly played a central part to make it so successful.

She accompanied us for 8 months in all aspects of the wedding planning, and both in the big picture as well as in the small details she greatly supported with her vast experience of organising wedding events. Gaelle is obviously the first and only wedding planner we have worked with so far, so we cannot really compare, but we can imagine that she is not your typical wedding planner: If you are looking for someone, who is just saying “Yes” and “Amen” to all your ideas as bride and groom, then you should look for someone else. Gaelle’s true value becomes apparent in those moments when she is challenging your ideas and act as a great sparring partner – she points out things we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves in a million years. At the same time she is one of the most warm-hearted persons we know, always being very helpful and she stays fully supportive also with those ideas she would have done a little different if it were fully up to her.

Also on the wedding day itself we were so grateful to have her – we were really able to fully enjoy this wonderful day and take our mind off the wedding logistics. Gaelle had everything under control, was super on point and fully practical. She even brought the whole load of wedding gifts to our hotel room to save us the hassle. Perfect from the beginning until the very end.

We loved it, our family loved it and our guests loved it.

Wat zijn we blij geweest met Gaelle op onze bruiloft! Voor we haar leerde kennen twijfelden we of we een weddingplanner/ceremoniemeester echt nodig hadden, maar haar werk is echt een aanvulling op onze dag geweest.
Ze heeft de tijd voor ons genomen en geluisterd naar onze wensen in meerdere gesprekken vooraf , de locatie hebben we samen bezocht waarna ze met extra ideeen en tips kwam.
Op onze bruiloft heeft ze de decoratie verzorgt welke door de locatie niet volledig naar onze wens was uitgevoerd, dit werd door Gaelle goed opgelost, op de aankleding van het prieel op het strand waren we verliefd, wat een plaatje!

Gaelle is makkelijk in de omgang en heeft verstand van het reilen en zeilen van een bruiloft!

Working with Gaelle was amazing! She speaks at least 3 languages and that is a plus in The Hague with so many expats (like me). She is very flexible with schedule, and have a great taste. Comunication and understanding was great. Our wedding was a dream come truth. Simple but elegant and romantic on the best place!! The beach! ❤️❤️❤️ And i didnt had to sale a kidney to afford it! Gaelle managed the styling for our wedding. We wanted a fusion decor between Indian and western styles. She executed it perfectly with a high sense of aesthetics. There was great attention to detail, and it took us only one appointment to discuss our ideas and agree on the final plan. Everything was organized within the budget we had in mind, and Gaelle made sure that the quality of each product was high. Also, she coordinated everything with the location, including the cleaning up after wedding and all we had to do was enjoy. Gaelle is not only a great stylist, but also a wonderful individual and takes the time to listen to and understand her client’s stories and ideas, and shares her feedback wherever needed. Gaelle is an amazing planner and coordinator. She fixes any problems in the minute they arise. She has an impeccable taste, and knows the best vendors. Gaelle single-handedly made our wedding a success! We got her on board just 2 months before the wedding date, with plenty of tasks outstanding, complicated by busy schedules and being overseas. She understood our vision, and entertained our ideas but remained professional and direct, which is what we needed as first-time planners of a wedding between two cultures. Prior to the ceremony, she made sure everything was organized and set up amongst the vendors.
